ORDER :
Today when this matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused submitted that a Quash Petition filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in this crime was allowed and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition and that therefore, the Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
