ORDER :
Sri V. Pattabhi, learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No.1, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, having filed a request letter, dated 10.02.2017, before the Registrar (Judicial) to post the matter under the caption ‘for withdrawal’.
It appears, interim stay was granted on 27.04.2015.
