Sri K. Raja Reddy, learned counsel, representing on behalf of Sri Syed Jaffer Abbas Nadeem, learned counsel for petitioner, that the matter was settled in Mega Lok Adalat on 08.04.2017 in City Criminal Courts and therefore, no orders need be passed in this petition and the same has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid representation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
