The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 02-11-2017 made in Crl.P.No. 1028712017 and upon hearrng the arguments of Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following
ORDER:
" Thispetition is filed seekingrelaxation of thecondition imposedin CRLP.No.10287 of 2017 dated 02.11.2017 being that the petitioner shall attend before the Station House Officer on every second and fourth Saturdays between 09.00 am and 10.00 am till filing of the charge s[eet.
The counsel for the petitioner srlbmits, that the petitioner has been complying with the above condition and there is no adverse report with regard to the compliance of the above condition since its imposition. The Public Prosecutor does not refute the said submission.
Hence, the condition, which is to the effect that thepetitioner shall attend before the Station House Officer on every second and fourth Saturdays between 09.00 am and 10.00 am till filing of the charge sheet, is relaxed. The petition is allowed." r.
