Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditlon rmposed by this Hon'ble Court rn Crl.P.No. 10273 of 2017 dated. 02-11-2017 lo the extent of the Petitioner attending the Station House Officer, Prohibition & Excise Police Station, Gadwal on every second and fourth Saturday till filing of charge sheet, pending disposal of Crl.P.No. 1027312017 on the file of the High Court.

Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to order to enlarge the Petitioner on bail, in the event of his arrest in connection with COR.No. 149 of 2017 on the file of SHO, Prohibition & Excise, Gadwal.

The petition comrng on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit, filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 02-11-2017 made in Crl.P.No. 1027312017 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondenl, the Court made the following

" This^petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in CRLP.No.10273 of 2017 dated 02.11.2017 being that the petitioner shall attend before the Station House Officer on every second and fou4h Saturdays between 09.00 am and 10.00 am till filing of the charge sheet.

The counsel for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner has been complying with the above condition and there is no adverse report with regard to the compliance of the above condition since its imposition. The Public Prosecutor does not refute the said submission.

Hence, the condition, which is to the effect that the petitioner shall attend before the Station House Officer on every second and fourth Saturdays between 09.00 am and 10.00 am till filing of the charge sheet, is relaxed. The petition is allowed." I^.
