JUDGMENT: (Per VRS,J)
The Revenue has come up with the above appeal, challenging an order of the CESTAT. Since the value of the present appeal is less than the monetary ceiling limit, as stipulated in Instruction bearing F.No.390/Misc./163/2010-JC/PE of the Central Board of Excise and Customs, dated 30.12.2016, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, the questions of law are left open.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the
appeal shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
