Today when this matter is taken up, Sri S.Agastya Sarma, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the due amount has been paid under One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme and that therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Appeal Suit.
2 . Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, this Appeal Suit is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
