JUDGMENT:
Since there was no representation on behalf of the appellants on 06.11.2017, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today, there is no representation. It appears that the appellants are not keen in pursuing the matter.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall
stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
