ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy against the persons who are alleged to be entered into petitioner’s land.
Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
