When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that pursuant to the impugned Sale Notice dated 05.12.2015, no auction was conducted on 12.01.2016 and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, at the admission stage. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
