ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the manufacturing, distribution and sale of the petitioner’s bio-products, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction.
