ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in interfering with the sale and distribution of bio-products of petitioner-Company, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction.
