Both Sri S. Vivek S. Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri S. Suribabu, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the order in W.P. No. 27335 of 2012 and batch, dated 30.10.2014.
Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this writ petition is also disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
