This Writ Petition was admitted in December, 2003. No interim order was passed at that stage or thereafter. Having regard to the prayer made in the Writ Petition and with the passage of time, petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further. Hence, no one is coming forward to workout this petition on merits.
Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
