Sri Abhishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1, 4, 5 and 6 submits that in view of the subsequent development, this writ petition has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.
Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly.
