Mr. S.V.S.S. Siva Rama, learned counsel holding for Mr. Challa Gunaranjan, advocate on record, in all fairness, submits that the questions raised in the instant writ petition are squarely covered by the judgment of this Bench, dated 19.5.2016 passed in Writ Petition No.6095 of 2014 and batch, and in view thereof, this writ petition may be dismissed as covered by the said judgment.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed in view of the judgment of this Court dated 19.5.2016 in Writ Petition No.6095 of 2004 and batch. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
