Heard.
The petitioners made an application before the 3rd respondent on 24-05-2011 seeking possession of the land allegedly encroached by third parties. The said application is stated to have been acknowledged by the 3rd respondent on 11-07-2011 and alleging that no action is taken, the present writ petition is filed.
The said application of the petitioners is stated to be under Section 32 of the A.P.(Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950. Since the said application is pending from 2011, the 3rd respondent is directed to examine the aforesaid application and take appropriate decision in accordance with law expeditiously.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
