ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the suit was already disposed of, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.
Recording the said statement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
