ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the legal remedy if the cause of action has arisen afresh or arises in future with the establishment of aquaculture ponds by respondents 5 to 8.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
