Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the writ petition an order rejecting the interim prayer of the petitioner was passed in the pending appeal and as such this writ petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel however seeks liberty to question the rejection order aforesaid.
With the liberty as aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
