Since the issue involved in both the writ petitions is one and the same, both the writ petitions are disposed of by way of common order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petitions came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not finalising the IFB Tender Nos.602/DCE(R)/EE-R/DEE-2/AE4/2015-16/MBNR-2 and 4 dated 22.12.2015 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Roads and Buildings Department, Mahaboobnagar, in spite of fulfilling all the conditions stipulated in the Tender Notification by the petitioner.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to finalise the IFB Tender Nos.602/DCE(R)/EE-R/DEE-2/AE-4/2015-16/MBNR-2 and 4 dated 22.12.2015 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Roads and Buildings Department, Mahaboobnagar, at the earliest.

5. Learned Government Pleader submits that the proposals were already sent for finalization.

Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the respondent- Engineer-in-Chief, Roads and Buildings Department (State Roads and Core Road Network Wing), Erramanzil, Hyderabad, to finalise the IFB Tender Nos.602/DCE(R)/EE-R/DEE-2/AE-4/2015-16/MBNR-2 and 4 dated 22.12.2015, as early as possible preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
