ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1 st respondent in not absorbing the petitioner in aided post of Junior Lecturer in the 2 nd respondent college as illegal and arbitrary and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to absorb the petitioner with all other benefits.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of addressing a letter, the petitioner did not turn up. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
