“It is humbly submitted that the State Level Monitoring and Supervision Committee resolved to withdraw the impugned tender notification i.e., the notification No.1-A.1/APMSIDC/E.E.(QC & S)/2015-16, dated 05.01.2016.
Therefore, the 2nd respondent prays that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to close writ appeal.”
In view thereof, Sri C.V. Mohan Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, submits that no further orders are necessary in the appeal and the writ appeal as well as the writ petition may be disposed of as infructuous.
Order accordingly.
