THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT
WRIT PETITION No. 9031 of 2002
ORDER: (per the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale)
None appears for the petitioner. Heard learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3.
With the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in
prosecuting this writ petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
Order accordingly.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
