JUDGMENT:
This appeal, arising out of O.P. No.2328 of 2004 on the file of II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad-cum-XVI Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, was referred to Lok Adalat and the matter was settled by the Lok Adalat, which passed an award on 02.12.2015.
Recording the award passed by the Lok Adalat, this appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs.
