This appeal, arising out of O.P. No.196 of 2005 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, Mahabubnagar, was referred to Lok Adalat and the matter was settled by the Lok Adalat, which passed an award on 30.12.2015.
Recording the award passed by the Lok Adalat, this appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs.
