The appellant—Sangam Venu and his counsel Sri Tulasi Raj Gokul, are present. The respondent—Smt.Morla Priyanka and her counsel Sri Y.Subba Rao, are present.

2) This appeal is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the order dt:28.01.2015 in FCOP No.1506 of 2012 passed by learned Judge, Family Court at Hyderabad whereby and whereunder the petition filed by the appellant under Sec.13(1)(iA) of Hindu Marriage Act r/w Sec.7 of Family Courts Act for dissolution of the marriage between him and respondent was dismissed after full-fledged enquiry.

3) During pendency of this appeal both parties filed compromise petition—F.C.A.M.P.No.614 of 2015 under Order XXIII Rule 3 of C.P.C for dissolving their marriage in terms of the compromise.

4) Both parties and their counsel admitted the terms of the compromise. As per the terms of compromise it was admitted by both parties that the appellant had paid a sum of Rs.16,00,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs only) to the respondent towards permanent alimony and the respondent

will not make any claim for maintenance or permanent alimony from the compromise hereafter and further, both parties admitted that after this compromise, they will lead their independent lives without interference into other’s life. In view of their admission, the compromise is recorded as per the terms of the compromise and the marriage between the appellant and the respondent solemnized on 02.06.2010 is dissolved.

5) Accordingly, the compromise petition— F.C.A.M.P.No.614 of 2015 is allowed and consequently, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
