ORDER:
The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the civil revision petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this CRP also shall stand dismissed.
