ORDER:
The official liquidator, through the instant application, under Section 462 of the Companies Act 1956 read with Rule 306 read with Rule 298 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, filed the half yearly accounts of M/s.Rich Field Aquatech Ltd. (in liquidation) for the period from 01.10.2014 to 31.03.2015 along with the audited report of M/s K B S & Associates dated 03.12.2015.
With the assistance of Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for Official Liquidator, I have perused the details of the audited report. The prayer is accepted. The accounts and the audited report are taken on file.
The application is ordered accordingly.
