CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.4362 of 2004
JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellant was absent when the matter was called on 27.10.2015 and it was posted to today under the caption ‘final hearing’. Even today also when the case is called, learned counsel for the appellant is absent.
2. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
