CONTEMPT CASE No.1718 of 2014
ORDER : (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian)
By the order dated 11.03.2014, the writ petition filed by the
applicant herein was disposed of to the following effect.
“Hence, the writ petition is allowed directing the respondents to consider the promotion of the petitioner notionally from the date of his eligibility and fix the pension and all the other consequential benefits. There shall be no order as to costs.”
- Complaining of willful disobedience of the said order the present Contempt Case is filed. Today, the learned Government Pleader for services (A.P) produced a copy of G.O.Rt.No.529, Labour Employment Training & Factories (EMP) Department, dated 14.07.2016. Paragraph
Nos.5 and 6 of the said order read as follows:
“Government after careful examination of the matter, and in view of the orders issued in the 6th & 7th read above, hereby order to promote Sri M. Madana Mohan Rao, as Joint Director otionally w.e.f. 01.03.2009 on par with his junior Sri P. Bhakthur.
