JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that the matter is already settled in Lok Adalat and hence, the appeal may be closed.
Keeping in view the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present appeal suit is closed accordingly.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
