JUDGMENT:-
The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a letter dated 02.06.2016 stating that the matter is settled out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit.
Permission is accorded.
Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as having been withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Appeal Suit, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
