Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or directions more particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorari setting a side the order passed by the 1st Respondent in C.C.No.371/12, dt.04-06-2014 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-III, Hyderabad, and consequently allow the Writ Petition;

Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings including execution of order, dated 4-6-14 passed in CC.No.371/12, of the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-III, Hyderabad, pending disposal of the Writ Petition No.23839 of 2015 on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 31-07-2015, 24-082015 and 23-09-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI N.VINESH RAJ Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following:
