The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging proceedings No.C1/1513/2011, dated 06.6.2011 of respondent No.1 culminating in I.D.No.11 of 2011 on the file of the Chairman, Industrial Tribunal at Hyderabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed letter, dated 17.8.2015, to the Registry, wherein it is stated that post filing of the Writ Petition, an out of Court settlement was reached with the respondents leading to entering into a bi-partie settlement on 13.8.2015 under Section-18(1) read with Section 2(p) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and that therefore, the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ Petition.
At the hearing, Mr. G.V.S.Ganesh, learned counsel representing Mr. C.R.Sridhanra, learned counsel for the
petitioner, has reiterated the contents of the said letter. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 13.7.2011 in WPMP.No.23719 of 2011 is vacated and WPMP.Nos.23719 of 2011 and 1210 of 2012 and WVMP(SR).No.179067 of 2011 are dismissed as infructuous.
