COMMON ORDER: (per the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale)
Sri P.V. Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the statement made in the counter affidavits that “the then APSEB, and presently A.P.GENCO has been strictly following the provisions of the Government Orders and Board proceedings”, he has instructions not to press these petitions. He prayed for recording and accepting the statement made on counter affidavits by respondent – AP GENCO. Statement made on counter affidavit is accepted.
