ORDER:
Perused the petition, report of learned I Additional District Judge, Ongole and heard learned counsel for petitioner.
I find no merits in the petition.
Accordingly, this Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
