THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5252 OF 2015
ORDER:
Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, represented that the question involved in this matter is identical to the question involved in C.R.P.No. 3443 of 2015 which was dismissed by this Court on 02-09-2015.
Following the said order and in terms thereof, the present civil revision petition is also dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
