ORDER:
Sri K.Indra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, represented that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
