In view of the order passed in C.R.P.No.1654 of 2015, the order impugned in this revision dated 13.03.2015, is set aside, and I.A.No.623 of 2014 in MOP No.383 of 2011 is remanded to the Court below for its consideration afresh in accordance with law.
The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
