ORDER:-
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh application at an appropriate time.
Permission as sought for is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh application at an appropriate time.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition shall also stand dismissed.
