Petition under Section 439 r/w 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to relaxation the condition imposed on the petitioners by deleting the sentence “on their executing a bond for Rs. 20,000/- with two local sureties for the like sum each accused” from the order dated 06.11.2014 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Kadapa in Crl.M.P. No. 1566 of 2014 in Crime No. 71 of 2013 of Vempalli P.S., Kadapa District.

The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments Smt. P.Rajani Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following

THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER

Principal Sessions Judge, Kadapa, is modified by directing the petitioners to execute a bond for Rs. 20,000/- each with two sureties each for the likesum each to the satisfaction of the said Court. Out of the two sureties to be furnished by the petitioner one surety must be a local surety. The other conditions in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

With the above said modification, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

As sequel to it, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.”
