Order:
This Company Application is filed for taking cognizance of the
offence committed by the respondents/accused under Section 454 (5A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
Today, by a separate order passed in Company Application (Sr).No.5007 of 2014, this Court has set aside Order, dated 16-04-2014, in Company Petition No.82 of 2013, by which the applicant- Company was directed to be wound up, and as a sequel to the said order, the Official Liquidator was discharged.
Therefore, this Company Application has become infructuous and, accordingly, the same is dismissed as such.
