This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 2904-2002, in OS.No.18 of 2001, on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kothapeta.
Mr.TVS.Prabhakar Rao, learned Counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 31-03-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, stating that the appellant has addressed a letter requesting him to withdraw the appeal and that therefore, the appeal be posted under the caption ‘for withdrawal’.
In view of the above-mentioned letter, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Appeal, interim order, dated 10-11-2003, is vacated and ASMP.No.10054 of 2003, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
