This appeal was listed for hearing on 26.11.2014, on which date none appeared for the Respondent and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption ‘for orders’. Thereafter, it was listed on 17.12.2014, on which date also, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, it appears, the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
2. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
