This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 26.11.2013, in Writ Petition No.10603 of 2010.
At the hearing, Mr.A.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.A.Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the TSRTC, placed before the Court proceedings No.Supdt(P)/P4/785(06)/2010-RM-NLG, dated 15.9.2015, of respondent No.2-Regional Manager, Nalgonda Region, regularising the petitioners’ services with effect from
05.10.2007 without any monetary benefits. Mr.C.Rajashekar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that with the issuing of the abovemotioned proceedings, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court.
In the light of the above facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions of the learned counsel for both parties, the Contempt Case is closed.
