This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 24-06-2011, in WP.No.1250 of 2011, by the respondent.
At the hearing, Mr.Ch.C.Satyanarayana, learned Counsel representing Mr.P.Vinod Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the above-mentioned order has been complied with by the respondents.
In the light of the above submission, the Contempt Case is disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the Contempt Case, Application No.803 of 2015 and Application (Sr) No.5656 of 2015 are disposed of as infructuous.
