Contempt Case No.1235 of 2015
ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated
23-02-2015 passed in W.P.No.2952 of 2015 whereby the 2nd respondent therein was directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19-11-2014 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Chatla Madhu, learned standing counsel for GHMC stated that the order of this court has been complied with and nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt case, which is not disputed or denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
