JUDGMENT :
Sri Prabhala Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the appellant filed a letter, dated 02.07.2015 before the Registry along with certified copy of full satisfaction memo seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal as the matter was settled out of Court.
In view of the above, permission is accorded and accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions in this appeal, if any, shall stand dismissed.
