JUDGMENT:
Mr. T.V.S. Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, already reported no instructions in the matter and, thereupon, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of appellant.
In spite of listing the matter on 20.07.2015, disclosing the name of the appellant, there was no representation and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ to this date. Even today, when the matter appeared in the list under the caption ‘for dismissal’, there is no representation for the appellant.
Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.
In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal, shall
stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
